Grid by grid: Weaving Kutch’s heritage into a dynamic brand story rooted in artisanal traditions
The LLDC Craft Museum in Bhuj sought a reimagined brand language that encapsulates its cultural essence while fostering recognition and cohesion across its initiatives. This included crafting a unique identity for their annual Winter Festival and extending the visual language to wayfinding signage, ensuring seamless integration within the museum's ecosystem.
Inspired by the indigenous diagonal embroidery grid, a hallmark of the region's artisans, we crafted a visual narrative that resonates with the heritage of Kutch. The grid became the foundational element, enabling the creation of a versatile suite of motifs and patterns. This dynamic system reflects the museum's cultural richness while providing adaptability for various applications, from stationery to digital media.

Wayfinding and signage design
To enhance visitor experience, the visual language was further applied to wayfinding signage, blending form with function. This ensured both aesthetic continuity and intuitive navigation throughout the museum premises.
